Make your AMIMA HOME  purchase with the peace of mind and if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will find a solution for you!   We accept returns for refund or exchange within 14 days from the date you placed the order, incase if your ordered product proves to be faulty, please contact us at  hello@amimahome.com

 

HELPFUL RETURNS INFORMATION

We do not charge any fees for returns and exchanges.

 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange,  return product must be unopened in its original packaging with tags attached.  

Product must not be opened, used or washed.

Return shipping charges will apply for all "Free Shipped" items.

Returns can only be processed for products purchased through our website amimahome.com 

 

Products purchased from a retail store cannot be returned through this site.

​

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of returned goods and shipping charges will be deducted from the amount refunded.  Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment associated with your order.
